FENNEL AND CUCUMBER SANDWICH

Ingredients used in FENNEL AND CUCUMBER SANDWICH
• Hung curd - 1 cup.
• Fennel leaves - 1/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Bread slices - 2 numbers.
• Cucumber - 1 number.
Method:
  • In a bowl add hung curd, fennel leaves, salt, pepper powder and mix well.
  • Take a bread slice, apply butter and arrange the cucumber shavings on top of it.
  • Take another bread slice and apply hung curd mixture then put this slice on the top of cucumber arranged bread slice.
  • Cut in to pieces and serve.
