Ingredients used in Fish Tikka
• Cumin seed (roasted and powdered) - 1 tablespoons.
• Red chilies (crushed) - 2 tablespoons.
• Cod (boneless and skinless) - 500 grams.
• Vinegar - 2 tablespoons.
• Lemon - 2 small.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
1mix all ingredient and marinate fish for 1 to 2 hours. 2thread on skewers and cook in hot pan.squeeze lemon juice on fish.serve it hot.
