Ingredients used in Fried Fish
• Fish - 500 grams.
• Gram flour (besan) - 2 tablespoons.
• Corn flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - half tea spoon.
• Ajwain powder - half tea spoon.
• Garlic powder - half tea spoon.
• Garam masala - half tea spoon.
• Vegetable oil - to fry.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Mix all the ingredients above (except the fish) in a bowl.
  • Add water. Stir until a batter is formed. Dip the fish slices (finger shaped size) into the paste. Leave the fish in this paste for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan. When oil gets hot, put batter coatedfish pieces and fry. Fry until the fish turns golden brown.

Serve these Fried fish with your favored sauce or chutney.
