GUD KA PARATHA

Ingredients used in GUD KA PARATHA
• Wheat flour dough - 1 cup.
• Cardamon powder - 2 pinch.
• Ghee - 1/4 cup.
• Jaggery - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take a dough of wheat flour and divide the dough into small portions and make small chapati with rolling pin.
  • Apply ghee, add grated jaggery on one side later sprinkle cardamom powder press it lightly.
  • Fold the other half of chapati and seal the edges with fork.
  • Apply little ghee on the hot tawa, place chapathi and cook it with ghee on both sides on slow flame.
  • Transfer it into a plate and poke it with fork and pour little ghee on top.

Now the gud ka paratha is ready to serve.
