Ingredients used in Egg & Green Peas Kachori
• Boiled eggs (chopped) - 2 number.
• All-purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Green peas - 25 grams.
• Chili powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Dry mango powder/amchur powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Ghee - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take all-purpose flour in a bowl, add ghee, knead well byadding required amount of water and keep aside.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add green peas, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, toss it, add red chili powder, salt, dry mango powder, chopped pieces of boiled egg, saute well and turn off the flame.
  • Take small portions of the prepared dough, roll them to small puris, stuff with the prepared mixture, seal them, deep fry in hot oil and transfer to a plate.

Hot, delicious and crispy Egg & Green Peas Kachoris' are now ready to serve.
