Ingredients of Hari moong dal fry

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
salt  1 Teaspoons
cumin,corriander,tumari and redchilli powder  1/2 each Teaspoons
ginger and garlic  1/4 each Teaspoons
Onion diced  1/4 Cup
Frozen spinach and mustard greens  1 each Cup
split moong dal with skin  1/2 Cup
Green chillies  5 Numbers
Oil  1 Tablespoons
small Lemon  1
ghee  1 Teaspoons


Directions
wash and soke the moonge dal in 1/2 cup warm water and keep it a side. Heat oil in pessure cooker,add onions,ginger ,garlic and let it cook for 3 min in med heat .Then add cumin ,corriander ,chilli powder ,tumaric and chopped green chillies and cook it for a 1 min,then add the greens and sautae them togeather for another min or two then add salt and moong dal with the water it is soked in and let the cooker give one wisile or cook it 10 min on a mediam heat.Let it sit till the steam cools off .once the pressure is gone open the lid and add lemon juice , ghee and mix it well. Can be eaten with rice or roti.This is a low calorie ,high protein and fiber recepie.
