Ingredients used in Honey Chicken
• Chicken breast (skinless & boneless) - 500 grams.
• Cornflour for dusting - as required.
• Oil - to fry.
• Plain four - 1/2 cup.
• Cornflour - 1/4 cup.
• Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup.
• Baking powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper - to taste.
• Egg whites (beaten) - 2 numbers.
• Cinnamon powder - pinch.
• Milk - 1 tablespoon.
• Honey - 1 tea spoon.
• Butter (melted) - 1 tea spoon.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Make a batter of corn flour, plain flour, bread crumbs, baking powder, salt, pepper, beaten egg white, cinnamon powder, milk.
  • Cut chicken into small pieces then dust them in cornflour.
  • Later, dip into the batter and deep fry for a minute in hot oil till batter is firm. Remove and drain the excess oil
  • Mix honey, butter, and lemon juice in a bowl and pour over fried chicken.

Serve hot.

you have'nt mentioned how to prepare the batter and where should use pepper. the method of preparation is vague.
