Ingredients used in Hot Pepper Sauce
• Chilli pepper - 6 numbers.
• Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Black peppers - 1 tablespoon.
• Tomato paste - 3/4 cup.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Olive oil - as required.
• Vinegar - 1.5 cups.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Heat little oil in a pan. Saute peppers and garlic .
  • Then mix tomato paste and vinegar. Bring to a boil and add the rest.
  • Blen the mixture into fine paste.
  • At end add salt and mix properly.
