- Ina bowl, add crush pepper, crush fennel, kalonji, salt, all-purpose flour, ghee, cooking soda and mix it nicely.
- Then add honey, waterand mix it like a soft dough, rest it for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal portions, help with rolling pin roll them out into small medium chapattis.
- Place the roti on the hot griddle and cook them with ghee on both sides.
