INSTANT BREAD PAKODA

Ingredients used in INSTANT BREAD PAKODA
• Bread crumbs - 1 cup.
• Potato - 1 number.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Chopped green chilli - 1 tea spoon.
• Chopped coriander leaves - 2 teaspoons.
• Chopped mint leaves - 2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chick pea flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:

1.Take a bowl and add chick pea flour, boiled potato, breadcrumbs, green chill, chopped onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, cumin seeds, salt, water and mix it like a bajji batter and keep it aside. 2.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry this bread pakoda both the side until become golden brown colour. 3.Tasty instant bread pakoda is ready to serve it with tomato ketchup.
