Ingredients used in KARELA
• KARELA 4 Numbers.
• ONIONS 2 Numbers.
• TOMATOES 2 Numbers.
• SALT To Taste.
• RED CHILLI POWDER 2 Tablespoons.
• HALDI POWDER 1 Tablespoons.
• DHAINYA POWDER 2 Tablespoons.
• MALAI 1-1/2 Tablespoons.
• OIL 1 To Fry.
How to make the recipe:
Cut karela round in shape. Salt karela and keep aside for 1/2 hour and wash it . Cut a large Onion long. Heat oil in a pan, and fry onion till pink in colour. Cut tomotoes and add , saute for few min. add salt, red chilli powder haldi powder, dhaniya powder, and mix for few min.Then add karela and mix them. Don?óÔé¼Ôäót let it burn and cover till almost done. Keep stirring in between.Add malai and mix it for few min. and off the gass.
