LIME CUPCAKES

Ingredients used in LIME CUPCAKES
• Butter - 30 grams.
• Sugar - 30 grams.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Vanilla essence - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Lemon rind - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Milk - 1 tablespoon.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Baking soda - 1 pinch.
• Baking powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lime juice - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add butter, sugar and mix nicely, later add egg, vanilla essence, lemon rind and mix nicely.
  • Then add milk to the same bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • In this, all-purpose flour bowl, add a pinch of baking soda, baking powder, a little salt and mix it. Later transfer this to the above bowl.
  • Even add lime juice to it and mix thoroughly.
  • Fill this mixture in silicon cupcake moulds till 3/4 part and bake it at 180-degree centigrade for 15 minutes.

Now the soft lime cupcake is ready to serve.
