Ingredients used in Mango Curry
• Green mango - 1 number.
• Chili powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Methi seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Hing powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Cut the mango into small pieces and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds and saute it. .
  • When they sizzle, add the mangoes and saute for few minutes.
  • Roast the methi seeds and grind to fine powder (this acts as a preservative).
  • Add this to the above pan and also add chili powder, turmeric powder, hing powder, cook for about 2 more minutes.

Delicious Mango Curry is now ready to serve.
