Ingredients used in MANGO KADHI
• Besan (chick pea flour) - 2 tablespoons.
• Curd - 1/4 cup.
• Hing - 1 pinch.
• Turmeric - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Chilly powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Whole red chilly - 3 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cinnamon - 2 sticks.
• Cloves - 5 numbers.
• Ghee - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Mango juice - 2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
Method:
  • Heat ghee in apan add cloves, cinnamon, cumin seeds, red chilly whole, curry leaves, add chilly powder, turmeric, hing, add curd besan (chickpea flour) mixture, mix this and add mango juice, salt, sugar, once this comes to boil, then switch off the flame.
