Ingredients used in Radish leaves and spinach curry
• Oil - as required.
• Radish (chopped) - 1 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Tomato (chopped) - 1 number.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Nut meg - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Spinach (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Radish leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • In a pan and oil, radish pieces, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic and saute it well.
  • Now add onion, green chilies, tomato, red chili powder, nutmeg, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Add Chopped radish leaves, spinach, salt and cook it well.

Serve it hot with roti.
