Ingredients used in Masala Chicken Nuggets Chicken Pakoda
• Curry leaves (chopped) - 1 spring.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Chat masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - to fry.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Rice flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Chickpea flour (basan) - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
First, marinate the chicken with salt, chili powder, vinegar, mix it well and rest it for 1 hour. After that add ginger garlic paste mix it. In a bowl add chickpea flour, rice flour, salt, chilly powder, chopped coriander, curry leaves, oil, mix it well. Bring back into the marinated chicken in this add chickpea flour mixture, sprinkle little water, mix it up fry them in hot oil. Then sprinkle chat masala onto it. Serve this with hot.
