Ingredients used in Masala Chicken Nuggets Chicken Pakoda
• Curry leaves 2 Springs.
• Coriander chopped 1 Bunch.
• Chat masala 2 Tablespoons.
• Chilly powder 1 1/2 Tablespoons.
• Oil 1 Tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoons.
• Rice flour 2 Tablespoons.
• Chickpea flour (basan) 100 Grams.
• Salt 0 To Taste.
• Chicken 500 Grams.
• Oil 0 To Fry.
How to make the recipe:
First marinate the chicken with salt, chilly powder, vinegar, mix it well and rest for 1 hour,
After that add ginger garlic paste mix it.
Take a bowl add chickpea flour, rice flour, salt, chilly powder, chopped coriander, curry leaves, oil, mix it well, bring back in to the marinated chicken in this add check pea flour mixture,
Sprinkle little water, mix it up fry them in hot oil.
