Spicy rotties made up of Rice atta with finely chopped onion, green chilly, curry leaves, ajwan, jeera and til.

Rice Atta  250 Grams

Directions
Step-1 Take half cup of water in a good size vessel add jeera, ajwin, salt, til and tea spoon of rice atta and mix it real good, to remove the lumps of rice atta and bring it boil when starts boiling add the remining rice atta and mix good and let it stand till it turns warm or cold. Step-2 Now add chopped onion, chilly( Add as per your taste), and curry leaves add water and mix will to make dough which is lump free (like chappathi dough). Step-3 Use a plastic sheet (like what as been used to make puran poli) spread a drop of oil on the sheet and take dough ( size good to make a chappathi) apply little oil on the roller to avoid sticking and roll it like chappathi and thick ness of 5-6mm. Step-4 Heat the tava, drop few drops of oil and roast the rotti and toss it, to rost on the other sideroast till you find golden brown spots. Step-5 Sreve hot with butter and spicy Coconut chutney for break fast / lunch / dinner as main dish or side dish
