Ingredients used in STIR FRIED SHRIMP
• Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Soya sauce - 2 teaspoons.
• Orange juice - 1/2 cup.
• Corn starch - 1 tea spoon.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Shrimp - 250 grams.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Broccoli - 1 cup.
• Red bell pepper - 1/2 number.
• Yellow bell pepper - 1/2 number.
• Green bell pepper - 1/2 number.
• Shrimp - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• White pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
Method:
Take a bowl and add ginger paste, sugar, salt, soya sauce, orange juice, little water, corn starch, white pepper powder and mix it. Heat butter with oil in a pan and add shrimp and saute it, later transfer into a plate. In the same oil add garlic, broccoli, green chilies, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper and saute it. Add slurry, fried shrimp and mix it once, add coriander leaves. Now stir fried shrimp is ready to serve.
