MIXED VEG BABY FOOD

Ingredients used in MIXED VEG BABY FOOD
• French beans(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Potato(chopped) - 1/4 cups.
• Carrot(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Green peas(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Flattened rice - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • Heat water in a pan and place a strainer on top of it add french beans, potato, carrot, green peas, and place lid and steam it for 5 minutes.
  • Remove lid and add soaked flattened rice and mix it, later place the lid and switch off flame.
  • After 5 minutes remove lid and transfer into mixie jar and blend into a smooth paste.
  • Transfer into a bowl.

Now mixed veg baby food is ready to serve.
