- Use the finely grated jaggery and keep aside.
- Take a thin pan, add grated jaggery, ghee, water and place it on stove to boil till it comes to string consistency.
- When it becomes thick jaggery syrup, then add puffed rice and stir it fastly then remove it from the stove.
- Now make laddus of this mixture with your hands when it is hot.
Puffed rice laddus are now ready to serve
