Ingredients used in Murmurala ladoo
• Jaggery - 250 grams.
• Puffed rice - 250 grams.
• Ghee - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Use the finely grated jaggery and keep aside.
  • Take a thin pan, add grated jaggery, ghee, water and place it on stove to boil till it comes to string consistency.
  • When it becomes thick jaggery syrup, then add puffed rice and stir it fastly then remove it from the stove.
  • Now make laddus of this mixture with your hands when it is hot.

Puffed rice laddus are now ready to serve
