- Boil one-litre milk until it is reduced to half alitre comes to thick consistency.
- Add sugar and boil again until it is thick.
- Add cardamom powder and mix it, switch off the flame, later transfer into a bowl and allow it cool.
- Place in refrigerator until it is chilled.
- Remove apple peel and cut into pieces and place in water.
- Take a bowl, add pomegranate, orange, apple, pineapple and on its top pour this rabri mixture and mix nicely.
Now fruit rabri is ready to serve.
