MUSHROOM AND WALNUT SOUP

Ingredients used in MUSHROOM AND WALNUT SOUP
• Mushroom (finely chopped) - 1 cup.
• Walnuts (crushed / chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Butter (cubes) - 2 pieces.
• Rosemary herbs - 1/2 tea spoon.
• White pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Fresh cream - 1/2 cup.
• Garlic (finely chopped) - 5-6 cloves.
• Onion (finely chopped) - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Vegetable stock - 500 ml.
Method:
  • Heat a pan, add butter, garlic, onions, salt and saute it till onions are slightly transparent.
  • Then add mushrooms, rosemary herbs and saute for one more minute.
  • In it, add pepper powder and vegetable stock and boil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add walnuts to the same pan and let it cook for about a minute.
  • At last, add fresh cream, mix well. Later bring it to a boil and serve it hot.
