Ingredients used in mushroom gravy
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Tomato - 1 numbers.
• Mushroom - 100 grams.
• Garam masala - 2 tablespoons.
• Coconut milk powder - 4 tablespoons.
• Ginger - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1 tablespoons.
• Curry leaves - 6 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Chilly powder - 1 teaspoons.
pout oil add onions saute till light brown add tomatoes chopped add curry leaves add mushrooms add chilly powder add turmeric powder add garam masala powder add coconut milk powder add salt and garnish with coriander leaves

I think mushrooms need a kind of tomato puree or something otherwise they don't taste good. This recipe didn't taste good when I tried it a few times.
