Ingredients used in Mutton Curry
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coconut oil - as required.
• Olive oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Pepper corns - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Dry red chilies - 10 numbers.
• Small onions - 10 numbers.
• Mutton cubes - 1 kg.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a pressure cooker put mutton, 1/2 spoon ginger garlic paste, turmeric pinch, salt, small onions cook till mutton get tender.
  • Roast dry red chilles, cumin seeds, pepper corns, corriander seeds, mustard grind all together.
  • On pan put 1 spoon olive oil, curry leaves add ginger garlic paste then cooked mutton then grinded masala add coconut oil.
  • Close the lid and cook for 10minutes in low flame.
