Ingredients used in Mutton Fry
• Water - as required.
• Oil - as required.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Boneless mutton - 1/2 kg.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
Method:
  • Wash boneless meat and add all the above ingredients in a pressure cooker close the lid and cook it for about 20 minutes till the meat becomes tender and the water dries up.
  • Cook till oil ozzes out and start mixing it till fully dry and looks like fry mutton ,
  • You can garnish it with choppedcoriander leaves and curry leaves.

Serve with Tamarind Dal and plain hot rice.
