Nalla Karam is a typical Andhra style preparation. Made with Tamarind, garlic, red chilis & urad dal. well goes with idly, dosa.

Ingredients of nall karam

cumin seeds  1 tbsp
Little tamarind  
Salt to taste

Directions
Heat oil in a pan, fry the red chilies for a minute. Remove and keep aside. In the remaining oil, fry coriander seeds, cumin seeds and blend with red chilies until smooth. Add salt, tamarind, garlic and blend to a smooth powder. This powder can be used in curries.
