Preparation of Oats Idli:
- Grind oats to a coarse powder and transfer to a bowl.
- Then add semolina, baking soda, chopped ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, beans, grated carrot, onions and mix well.
- By adding butter milk along with water (if required), make it like a thick batter.
- Put this mixture in idly trays and cook in a steamer for about 10-12 minutes. Later, transfer to a plate.
Oats idli is ready then...
Preparation of Carrot Milk shake:
- In a blender, add chopped carrots, sliced dates, milk, ice cubes, oats and grind it to a juice consistency. Transfer to a serving glass.
Delicious Oats Idlis with carrot milkshake is ready to serve.
