Ingredients used in Oil Free Bottle Gourd Lentils Powder Curry
• Masoor dal - 1 tablespoon.
• Chana dal - 1 tablespoon.
• Moong dal - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Dry red chilies - 3 numbers.
• Garlic - 5 cloves.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Broad beans - 1 cup.
• Bottle gourd - 1/2 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Hing - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Jaggery - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • In a blender add masoor dal, chana dal, moong dal and make a fine powder and keep aside.
  • Take a pan and add cumin seeds, dry red chilies, garlic, curry leaves, onion, broad beans and cook it well.
  • Now add turmeric powder, hing, coriander powder, cumin powder, water, salt, jaggery and cook it well.

Serve it.
