Ingredients used in Pabda Fish Curry
• Onion - 2 number.
• Tomatoes - 2 number.
• Oil - as required.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 2 spring.
• Green chillies - 3 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Fenugreek powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Tamarind pulp - 1 cup.
• Pabda fish - 3 number.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • In a blender add onion, tomato and make a fine paste and keep aside.
  • Take a pan and add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, tomato, and onion paste and saute it well.
  • Now add turmeric powder, fenugreek powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt, red chili powder, tamarind pulp and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Add pabda fish and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes.

Serve it with hot rice.
