Ingredients used in Palak soya gravy
• Spinach - 2 cup.
• Meal maker ( soya balls) - 1 cup.
• Coconut cream/coconut milk - 1/2 cup.
• Garam masala - 1 pinch.
• Onions - 1 cup.
• Tomatoes - 1 cup.
• Green chilli - 2 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric - 1 pinch.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1 to.
Method:
prepation for palak soya gravy is same like palak paneer gravy, instead of paneer we are using meal maker/soya balls, soya balls should be added before adding palak paste, because it absorbs all the ingredients and it gets taste. lastly add coconut milk/cream before offing the stove so that milk wont break.
