Ingredients used in paneer butter masala
• Ghee - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Red chille powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Curd - 4 tablespoons.
• Paneer - 200 grams.
• Paneer butter masala powder - .
Method:
take small bowl add curd,red chille powder,garlicpaste,salt.and mix it well and add paneer picies, then take a pan heat a ghee to fry add paneer pieces in pan and fry it for a while and keep a sde. take paneer butter masala powder add water to it mix it without bubbles,take another pan add four tsp of ghee and then add and add that liqiud toghee cook it when the gravy becomes thick add those paneer pieces to that gravy and then garnish with coriander leaves
