Ingredients used in vegitable kotu
• Mustard seed - 1 teaspoons.
• Redchillie - 2 numbers.
• Jerra - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger fresh - 1 teaspoons.
• Karileaves, - 5 piece.
• Mixed vegetables like carrot,cauliflower,beans,mattar,lima beans,potatoes,soya seeds etc - 2 cup.
• Besan flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Green chillie - 1 teaspoons.
• Chenna dhal - 1 teaspoons.
• Lemon juice - 1 teaspoons.
• Hing - 1 teaspoons.
• Water - 3 cup.
Method:
First add oil in a kadai, add mustard,jeera,redchillie,karileaves,ginger,chenna dhal and green chillie,hing fry till ustard crackles,then add all the vegies and fry and add little water and close the lid and cook until the vegetables softens then add besanflour which is mixed in 3 cups water mix the gravy well until it thickens slightly. Now add some coriander on top and serve with puri,chappati or rice(plain). Very healthy , very easy to make and very delicious.
