Ingredients used in PANEER MUSHROOM BULLETS
• Paneer grated - 1 cup.
• Garlic cloves - 6 numbers.
• Mushrooms - 8 numbers.
• Cheese grated - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Potato - 1 numbers.
• Corn flour - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Lemon juice - 1/4 cup.
• Whole garam masala - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Salt - 0 to.
• Bread powder - 1 cup.
• Oil - 1 to.
Method:
1. Take a wide bowl add paneer grated, mushrooms finely chopped, boiled mashed potatoes, cheese grated, garlic cloves, grated coriander leaves, lemon juice. 2. Then add whole garam masala and some salt then with the help of corn flour mix it and make a thick dough(mixture) then make small small bullets with it. 3. Take a wide plate and spread bread powder evenly, then dip prepared bullets in bread powder to coat it nicely. 4. Then deep fry in hot oil till it appears to golden colour and switch off the flame. 5. Now this dish is ready to serve with sauce which tastes good.
