PEANUT KACHUMBER IN MOONG DAL TOKR

Ingredients used in PEANUT KACHUMBER IN MOONG DAL TOKR
• Moong dal(boiled) - 1 cup.
• Mint leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilies(chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Bread slices - 4 numbers.
• Cucumber(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Tomatoes(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/4 bunch.
• Peanut (boiled) - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Hunk yogurt - 1 cup.
• Sev - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Take the mixie jar, add moong dal, mint leaves, 1 teaspoon of green chilies, garam masala, bread slices and blend it into a smooth paste.
  • Take the small dumpling of the paste, give the tokkri shape using a small glass bowl as shown in the video (if required apply oil so that it doesn't stick to bowl) and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the tokris until they are crispy and nice.
  • Take a bowl, add chopped cucumber, tomatoes, onion, coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon of chopped green chilies, peanut, salt, lime juice and mix thoroughly.
  • Then add hunk yogurt and mix it then check for seasoning and fill this mixture in the fried tokris.

Now sprinkle sev and serve it.

mam, tried to make the same but the tokri did not form and were soft where did i go wrong?
