PENNE ARRABIATA PASTA

Ingredients used in PENNE ARRABIATA PASTA
• Olive oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Onion(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili flakes - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Dry basil - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Tomato(boiled and chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Tomato puree - 1/4 cup.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Carrots(julians) - 1/4 cup.
• Green bell pepper(julians) - 1/4 cup.
• Cherry tomatoes - 6-8 numbers.
• Penne pasta(boiled) - 1 cup.
• Cream - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 teaspoons.
• Cheese(grated) - 1 tablespoon.
• Water(pasta boiled) - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add garlic, onions, little salt, red chili flakes and saute it.
  • Add dry basil, tomato(seed removed), sugar, tomato puree and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • To it add vinegar, pepper powder and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Switch off the flame, now arrabiata sauce is ready.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add little garlic, carrots, green bell pepper, cherry tomatoes and saute it.
  • Add penne pasta, pepper powder, arrabiata sauce and saute it.
  • To it add pasta boiled water, cream and saute it.
  • Transfer into serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves, cheese.

Now the penne arrabiata pasta is ready to serve.
