RAW PAPAYA MANGO PARATHA

Ingredients used in RAW PAPAYA MANGO PARATHA
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Raw papaya(grated) - 1 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Raw mango(grated) - 1 cup.
• Chickpea flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Wheat flour dough - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add green chillies, grated raw papaya, grated mango, turmeric powder, salt, ginger and saute it for a minute later transfer to a plate.
  • To it add chickpea flour, coriander leaves and mix it.
  • Take small dumpling and make round balls and dust in flour.
  • Divide the dough into small portions and press it lightly and keep the stuffing mixture and close the edges.
  • Roll the paratha using a rolling pin and dusting flour.
  • Heat the tawa and place the paratha and cook it on both sides using oil.

Now the raw papaya mango paratha is ready to serve.
