Ingredients used in PICKLED VEGETABLES AND JALAPENOS
• Vinegar - 1 cup.
• Salt - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Water - 1 cup.
• Cucumber(slices) - 1/2 numbers.
• Jalapenos - 4 numbers.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 number.
• Red chillies - 3 numbers.
• Dill leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Boil water for 1 or 2 minutes and vinegar, salt, sugar and boil it. Take a pickled jar and arrange the cucumber slices to corner of jalapenos with stem portion towards bottom, onions, red chillies, dill leaves. Pour the boiled mixture cover it with silver foil and rest it for 1 week. *Now pickled vegetables and jalapenos are ready to serve.*
