PICKLED VEGETABLES AND JALAPENOS

Ingredients used in PICKLED VEGETABLES AND JALAPENOS
• Vinegar - 1 cup.
• Salt - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Water - 1 cup.
• Cucumber(slices) - 1/2 numbers.
• Jalapenos - 4 numbers.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 number.
• Red chillies - 3 numbers.
• Dill leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Boil water for 1 or 2 minutes and vinegar, salt, sugar and boil it.
  • Take a pickled jar and arrange the cucumber slices to corner of jalapenos with stem portion towards bottom, onions, red chillies, dill leaves.
  • Pour the boiled mixture cover it with silver foil and rest it for 1 week.

Now pickled vegetables and jalapenos are ready to serve.
