Ingredients used in Green Chilies Ridge Gourd Skin Chutney
• Green chilies - 3 numbers.
• Oil - as required.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Ridge gourd skin - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Grillgreen chillies on direct flame, brush them with oil, chop them, transfer into a bowl, add chopped onions, coriander leaves, salt andmix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, ridge gourd skin, saute well, transfer to a blender, grind to a fine paste.
  • Transfer blended paste into the bowl with green chilies and onions, add lemon juice, mix well and transfer to servingbowl.

Spicy and delicious Green Chilies Ridge Gourd Skin Chutney is now ready to serve with hot rice or roti of your choice.
