Ingredients used in Potato Rolls
• Water - as required.
• Butter - 2 0.
• Salt - to taste.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Potato - 2 no.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Oil - as required.
• Garlic (chopped) - 10 no.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon.
• Chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Firstly Boil water in a pan add butter and salt.
  • Now add all - purpose flour and mix well without forming lumps and rest it till it gets cool.
  • Then knead the dough and keep aside.
  • In a bowl add boiled potato red chili powder, coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Now roll the mixed dough into long strips, on top apply the potato masala.
  • Then roll back the dough as shown in the video, and cut into pieces, deep fry them in a hot oil and keep aside.
  • In another pan heat oil, add chopped garlic, Chilli Sauce, tomato ketchup mix well and transfer into a bowl and serve with hot potato rolls.
