- Take a pan add oil,whole garammasala, onions chopped mix well add salt fry till onions are golden brown colour.
- Now remove the exess oil, then add turmeric, ginger garlic paste mix well.
- Now add coriander powder, red chill powder, green chillies, if requried salt, mix well and add water as needed bring it to boil. onion gravy is ready.
- To this gravy add methi leaves, marinated chicken and cook till the chiken is done then add chopped coriander leaves.
NOTE: To mariante chicken, add curd,salt and lemon keep a side for 2hours.
