Simple Onion Gravy

Ingredients used in Simple Onion Gravy
• Onion - 1 cup.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Dry garam masalas - 3 each number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - pinch.
• Ginger-garlic paste - 1 cup.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chillies - 3 number.
• Water - as required.
• Methi leaves - 1 cup.
• Curd - half cup.
• Lemon - 1 number.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
Method:
  • Take a pan add oil,whole garammasala, onions chopped mix well add salt fry till onions are golden brown colour.
  • Now remove the exess oil, then add turmeric, ginger garlic paste mix well.
  • Now add coriander powder, red chill powder, green chillies, if requried salt, mix well and add water as needed bring it to boil. onion gravy is ready.
  • To this gravy add methi leaves, marinated chicken and cook till the chiken is done then add chopped coriander leaves.

NOTE: To mariante chicken, add curd,salt and lemon keep a side for 2hours.
