Ingredients used in Spaghetti Bolognese
• Beef stock cube - half cup.
• Spaghetti - 200 grams.
• Tomato - 400 grams.
• Onion - half cup.
• Basil leaves - 2 tablespoons.
• Beef steak - 255 grams.
• Hot sauce - to taste.
• Red wine - 85 ml.
• Worcestershire sauce - to taste.
• Olive oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic - 2 cloves.
Method:
  • Boil water in a large pan. Putthe spaghetti into the water and boil for 10-12 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a medium pan. Add the steak and brown for 5-6 minutes.
  • Then addtomatoes and red wine (if using) , Worcestershire sauce (if using) and hot sauce. Crumble in the stock cube and stir well. Leave the bolognese to simmer for about 10-12 minutes.
  • Drain the spaghetti and divide between two plates. Spoon the bolognese onto the plates of spaghetti.

Garnish with the fresh herbs and serve.
