Ingredients used in Chicken Murukku
• Chicken - 1/2 cup.
• Water - 1 cup.
• Carom seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Chickpea flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Boil chicken in water until it is soft and remove water and transfer into a bowl and mash it like as shown in video.
  • Add carom seeds, red chilli powder, salt and mix nicely.
  • To it add rice flour, chickpea flour, slightly hot oil and mix nicely.
  • Add water and make a slightly stiff dough.
  • Take small dumpling and place it in murukku press and press it in hot oil.
  • Once it fried and crispy transfer into paper towel.

Now chicken murukku is ready to serve.
