| • Chicken fillets - 500 grams. | |
| • Garlic - 4 clove. | |
| • Green beans - 10 numbers. | |
| • Fresh basil leaves - 20 leaf. | |
| • Oil - 3 tablespoons. | |
| • Chilli paste - 1 tea spoon. | |
| • Fish sauce or salt to taste - 3 tablespoons. | |
| • Sugar - 2 tablespoons. |
Slice chicken, chop garlic, cut beans into 1 c.m. long pieces, chop basil leaves. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a wok or a pan, add garlic and roast for abouta minute.
To it, even add chicken and stir-fry for another two minutes.
After about 2 minutes, add fish sauce or salt, sugar, and beans and continue to stir-fry.
Reduce heat and add the basil leaves, toss it again.
