Corn Mushroom Rice

Ingredients used in Corn Mushroom Rice
• Butter - 4 piece.
• Sweetcorn - 1 cup.
• Cinnamon stick - 1-2 pieces.
• Cardamom - 3 numbers.
• Cloves - 3 numbers.
• Green chillies(finely chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Mushroom - 1 numbers.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cooked rice - 2 cups.
• Coriander leaves - 1 springs.
Method:
  • Heat butter in a pan and add sweetcorn. Saute it adding cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. Saute it for another 2minutes and then add finely chopped green chilies.
  • Now add mushroom pieces, pepper powder, curry leaves and salt.
  • Add cooked rice and mix it nicely. Mix it for 1-2 minutes and switch off the flame.
  • At last add coriander leaves. Serve it with raita.
