Ingredients used in Crispy Mutton
• Mutton - 200 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Bell pepper (sliced) - 1 cup.
• Carrots (sliced) - 1/2 cup.
• Garlic (finely sliced) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Place the mutton piece in deep freezer for 2 hours and cut into lengths.
  • Take a bowl, add mutton pieces, salt, pepper powder, corn flour, all purpose flour and mix nicely.
  • Drop mutton pieces individually in hot oil and fry until crispy.
  • Heat oil in another pan, add garlic, carrots, bell pepper, salt, red chili paste, vinegar, sugar, tomato ketchup and saute it.
  • Add mutton and saute it nicely, transfer into serving bowl.


Now crispy mutton is ready to serve.
