Ingredients used in Egg Khoya Baked Pudding
• Water - 2 cups.
• Butter - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - pinch.
• Dry fruits (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Egg - 3 number.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon.
• Baking powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Boil water in a pan by adding a half cup of butter. Season it with salt, dry fruits once it comes to boil add all-purpose flour and mix well. Now put sugar in it then add egg one by one and mix well. Once done, add vanilla essence and baking powder for texture and mix well. At last, put the mixture on a baking tray and bake it. DeliciousEgg Khoya Baked Pudding is now ready to serve.
