Ingredients used in EGG & VEG CHAPATI BURJI
• Oil - as required.
• Garlic(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chilies(finely chopped) - 1-2 teaspoons.
• Beans(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Carrot(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Capsicum(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Cabbage(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Potatoes(finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Turmeric - half tea spoon.
• Chilli powder - half tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Chapatti pieces - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Egg - 1 number.
Method:
Take oil in a hot pan and add garlic, ginger, onions, salt, green chillies and sauté it. Add beans, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, potatoes and keep cooking. Now add turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder and mix it. Now add chapatti pieces and mix thoroughly. Also add egg and mix it, then cook for 2minutes. Add fresh coriander leaves and garnish.
