Ingredients used in lauki with mung daal
• Oil - one teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger finely chopped(optional) - to taste.
• Green chillies - to taste.
• Chilli powder - to taste.
• Turmeric - one pinch.
• Lauki cut into cubes - half cup.
• Mung dal - one cup.
• Jeera - one teaspoons.
• Asofatieda - pinch.
• Mustard seeds - one teaspoons.
Method:
first boil mung daal with lauki in a pressure cooker for 1 wissiel and then allowed it cool for some time . after that add salt,turmeric pwd,chilli pwd in the boiled daal and add thadka to it for tadka, u need to add oil ,allow it to heat and then add jeera,mustard seeds ,asofetieda and ginger,green chillies in oil fry all the ingredients and put it into the daal so lauki ka daal is ready
