OPEN PIE OF VEGETABLES

Ingredients used in OPEN PIE OF VEGETABLES
• All purpose flour - 100 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 50 grams.
• Water - as required.
• Oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic(chopped) - 2 clove.
• Onions(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Bell pepper(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Zucchini - 1/2 cup.
• Mixed herbs - 1 pinch.
• Red chili flakes - 1 pinch.
• Pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Mushroom(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Cheese(grated) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, salt, butter and mix nicely using little water to make a dough and rest it .
  • Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onions, bell pepper, zucchini, mixed herbs, red chili flakes, pepper powder, mushrooms and saute it for 1-2 minutes. Transfer into a plate.
  • Dust some flour and roll into sheet and place on baking tray and fold the edges like as shown in video.
  • Arrange the vegetables inside pie and top it with grated cheese.
  • Bake it for 180 degree for 20-25 minutes and cut into pieces.

Now Open Pie of Vegetable is ready to serve.
