Ingredients used in POORI LADDU
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
• Cardamom powder - 2 pinch.
• Jaggery - 1/2 cup.
• Ghee - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Make a poori dough with wheat flour, pinch of salt, water and mix nicely to make a stiff dough. Divide the dough into portions and roll into poori and deep fry in hot oil. Using hands make small pieces of poori, transfer into mixie jar. To it add cardamom powder, jaggery and blend into coarse mixture.Transfer into a plate and make round ladoo using ghee Now instant poori laddu is ready to serve.
